Advanced sleeve labeling system with 2 sleeve shooting stations and 3 furnaces designed for efficient 600ml PET bottle packaging.
Equipment Specifications
This comprehensive sleeve labeling system consists of two main components: the sleeve labeling unit and the steam shrink tunnel.
Workflow Process: Containers are positioned by the conveyor system, where the sleeve labeling machine automatically applies pre-cut sleeves. The containers then enter the steam shrink tunnel, where saturated steam (80-120°C) is evenly sprayed onto the label surface through nozzles. The latent heat rapidly heats and softens the heat-shrink film (PVC or PE), causing molecular chain rearrangement that generates radial shrinkage force for a tight container fit upon cooling.
