Product Overview
The fully automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine is an automated device that wraps heat-shrinkable film around specific areas of product containers (such as bottles or cans), typically the labeling zone. By applying heat, the film shrinks to form a tight, aesthetically pleasing packaging effect.
Its operating principle leverages the characteristics of heat-shrinkable materials: during production, the film undergoes stretch orientation. When heated, its molecular chains relax, generating a contraction force.
Sleeve labeling machines are versatile automatic film wrapping machines suitable for round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles, curved bottles, cup-shaped containers, and other similar products in the food and beverage, medical, daily chemical, and other light industrial sectors.
