Equipment Specifications
This specialized machinery applies heat-shrink labels (sleeve labels) onto various containers. When heated, the labels shrink and conform precisely to the container's surface, creating a tight, professional finish.
The heat-shrink film undergoes stretching and orientation treatment during manufacturing, aligning molecular chains. Upon heating, these chains de-orient, generating shrinkage stress that causes the film to contract to its original dimensions, tightly enveloping the product.

Operational Process
Three Core Stages of Sleeve Labeling
1. Sleeve Labeling Process
Label rolls are unwound through the conveying system and detected/positioned by photoelectric sensors. Labels are cut into individual sleeves, which are then expanded into cylindrical shapes by mechanical arms or pneumatic devices. Sleeves are applied over containers (bottles, cans) from above or the side, positioning them precisely on designated areas.
2. Positioning Adjustment
After label application, mechanical positioning devices or photoelectric detection systems ensure precise label placement. Some equipment features automatic correction mechanisms to adjust label position deviations.
3. Heat Shrinkage
Containers with applied labels enter the shrink tunnel (hot air oven or steam oven). At specific temperatures (typically 60-180°C), the heat-shrink film contracts under heat. After cooling and setting, the packaging is complete. The shrink film adheres tightly to the container surface, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free packaging effect.
