This model includes a 2-meter powered conveyor belt with chain plates. The conveyor belt within the labeling section is powered and controlled by the labeling machine itself.
Sleeve Labeling Operation Principle
When a bottle passes through the detection sensor on the conveyor belt, the servo-controlled drive assembly automatically dispenses one label. Simultaneously, the lower label application roller assembly brushes the next label into position for application to the bottle.
