The 3 Cavities Foam Insert Machine with Tick Out Device (also known as Cap Gasket Inserting Machine) is an automated packaging system specifically designed to automatically insert gaskets into bottle caps. This Cap Liner Insertion Machine advanced equipment efficiently inserts aluminum foil liners or PE foam liners into caps, achieving fully automated liner insertion operations.
Working Principle of Cap Liner Insertion Machine
The operational workflow consists of five key stages:
- Cap Sorting and Feeding: Disorganized caps are sorted and aligned via vibratory feeder or lifting mechanism, ensuring proper orientation before conveyance to the work area
- Gasket Supply and Processing: Gasket material supplied in roll form is punched to specified dimensions or individually retrieved from stack
- Gasket Insertion: Vacuum suction cups or robotic grippers retrieve gaskets and precisely insert them into pre-positioned bottle caps
- Flattening the Gasket: Pneumatic press cylinder mechanism presses gasket against cap bottom, ensuring flat placement without raised edges
- Inspection and Output: Automatic finished product inspection screens out improperly inserted gaskets while qualified products are conveyed via output belt
