Leak Detector And Strapping Machine Link Semi-Automatic Strapping Machine Blow Molding Machine This is a fully automatic plastic empty bottle leak testerSeamlessly integrates with blow molding machines, filling machines, and other equipment to achieve fully automated production. primarily used to inspect the seal integrity of empty bottles prior to filling. It ensures containers are free from leaks and defects, thereby safeguarding the quality and safety of subsequent filled products. The equipment applies pressure or vacuum to the bottle body via pneumatic or mechanical means.
Combined with sensors that detect changes in internal pressure, it determines whether minute leaks are present.
This equipment is suitable for the food and beverage, daily chemical products, and pharmaceutical packaging industries.
Working Principle
The equipment employs differential pressure or vacuum decay detection principles:
After the bottle is secured by the fixture, the system fills the bottle with compressed air at a preset pressure (or evacuates it to a vacuum);
High-precision pressure sensors continuously monitor pressure changes inside the bottle;
If pressure drops exceed a threshold within a set time, leakage is detected, and the system automatically marks or rejects the bottle;
The entire process is PLC-controlled, enabling multi-station simultaneous testing to enhance efficiency.
