How It Works
The machine automates a process that would otherwise require significant manual labor. The general operational sequence is as follows:
Feeding: Bottles are transported into the machine's accumulation area, typically via an air or belt conveyor system.
Grouping/Collation: The machine arranges the bottles into a specific, predetermined matrix (e.g., 6x8 or 8x8 configuration) using mechanical or pneumatic pushers.
Bagging:

Semi-Automatic: An operator manually places a pre-made bag onto the loading mechanism.
Insertion & Sealing: The grouped bottles are pushed into the bag. The machine then heat-seals the open end of the bag, creating a hygienically sealed pack.
Discharge & Stacking: The sealed bag of bottles is discharged, ready for manual handling or automatic stacking and palletizing via an integrated stacking arm or robot.
